Overview

The A25 predates Samsung's recent IP-rating push in the A-series — it skips water resistance entirely, using a plain plastic back instead of the Gorilla Glass Victus+ now standard on the A36/A56. A slightly smaller 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display and the aging Exynos 1280 chipset mark it clearly as older-generation hardware. The 50 MP main camera still takes solid daylight photos, and 5000 mAh battery life remains reliably good. With the A26 now the standard newer model at a similar price point, this is mainly worth considering if it's discounted well below the A26's own price.
